Job Summary
As a Project Manager at Elevate Agency, you will oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of advertising and marketing projects from inception to completion.
You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including creative, digital, and account management, to ensure that projects are completed on time, within scope, and on budget.
Your leadership and communication skills will be key in fostering a collaborative environment and driving successful outcomes for our clients.

Key Responsibilities
• Project Planning: Develop detailed project plans, defining scope, objectives, timelines, and deliverables.
• Team Coordination: Lead cross-functional teams, facilitating communication and collaboration to ensure all project aspects align with client goals.
• Metrics & Reporting: Be proficient and capable of producing data that portrays levels of effectiveness when discussing campaigns and initiatives. Collect, format, and generate visual reports such as graphs, charts, plots, etc.
•Budget Management: Monitor project budgets, tracking expenses and ensuring projects are delivered within financial constraints.
• Risk Management: Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure project success.
• Client Interaction: Maintain regular communication with clients, providing updates on project progress and addressing any concerns.
• Quality Assurance: Ensure that all deliverables meet agency standards and client expectations.
• Reporting: Generate regular project status reports for internal teams and clients, highlighting achievements and areas for improvement.

Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in project management, preferably within an advertising or marketing agency.
• Strong understanding of marketing principles and project management methodologies.
• Proficient in project management tools (e.g., Asana, Trello, or similar).
• Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills with keen attention to detail.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
