Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and results-driven Paid Media Manager to join our dynamic agency.
In this role, you will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing paid media campaigns across various digital platforms to drive client success and achieve campaign goals.

Key Responsibilities
• Develop and implement paid media strategies across platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and others.
• Manage and optimize ad campaigns to maximize ROI and meet client objectives, including budget management, targeting, and ad creatives.
• Monitor and analyze campaign performance using analytics tools and generate detailed reports with actionable insights.
• Collaborate with clients and internal teams to understand campaign goals and provide strategic recommendations.
• Stay updated on industry trends, platform updates, and best practices to ensure cutting-edge campaign execution.
• Troubleshoot and resolve any issues related to campaign performance or platform functionality.

Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, or a related field.
• 4+ years of experience in managing paid media campaigns, preferably in an ad agency setting.
• Expertise in digital advertising platforms, analytics tools, and performance metrics.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
• Excellent communication and project management skills.
