Job Summary
We are seeking a proactive and experienced Merch Sales Lead to manage merchandise sales for touring artists.
This role involves overseeing all aspects of merchandise operations during tours, including inventory management, sales strategy, and team leadership.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in retail sales, venue sales, exceptional organizational skills, and a passion for music and live events.

Key Responsibilities
• Plan and execute merchandise sales strategies for touring artists, including setting up and managing sales booths and online platforms.
• Oversee inventory management, including stock ordering, tracking, and replenishment to ensure availability of popular items.
• Lead and train the merchandise sales team to deliver excellent customer service and maximize sales opportunities.
• Coordinate with tour management and artists to align merchandise offerings with tour branding and promotional activities.
• Analyze sales data and customer feedback to optimize product offerings and sales strategies.
• Handle cash and transactions accurately, ensuring financial accountability and reporting.

Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
• 3+ years of experience in retail sales or merchandising, with at least 1 year in a leadership role.
• Strong understanding of retail operations, inventory management, and sales strategies.
• Excellent organizational and leadership skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Passion for music and live events, with a customer-focused approach.
