Job Summary
As a Creative Merchandise Designer, you will be responsible for conceptualizing and creating unique merchandise designs for music and sports brands.
You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that each product captures the essence of the brand and appeals to our target audience.

Key Responsibilities
• Develop original and compelling designs for apparel, accessories, and promotional items
related to music and sports.• Research current trends, market demands, and competitor offerings to inform design
decisions.• Collaborate with marketing, product development, and sales teams to align designs with
brand strategies and campaign goals.• Create mock-ups and prototypes, incorporating feedback from stakeholders to refine
designs.• Ensure all designs adhere to brand guidelines and are produced within budget and
timelines.• Stay updated on industry trends and cultural movements that can inspire new
merchandise concepts. -
Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Fashion Design, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in merchandise design, preferably in music, sports, or related industries.
• Strong portfolio showcasing innovative designs and a keen understanding of brand identity.
• Proficient in design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite) and familiar with production processes.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Passion for music and sports, with a deep understanding of fan culture.
